All orders placed on viviomodnee.com and Etsy are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using an accepted payment method. Prices displayed on the website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information.

Cleaning Service

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted sterling silver jewellery. Over time, silver may become tarnished or lose its brilliance through normal wear. To help you keep your pieces looking their best, we are pleased to offer complimentary cleaning service to restore the natural shine and beauty of your Vivio Modnée jewellery.

With our Cleaning Service, you can return your jewellery to us using your preferred, trackable shipping method, and we will professionally clean and polish it back to its original radiance. Take advantage of our free cleaning service — you’ll only need to cover the postage for sending and returning your jewellery.

Our Cleaning Service includes:

Ultrasonic cleaning to gently remove any built-up dirt or oils
Gentle polishing to reduce minor surface scratches and revive the silver’s shine

Please note: This service does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or misuse. Normal wear is included, but we cannot accept responsibility for pieces that have been severely damaged or mishandled.

Return & Refund

At Vivio Modnée, we want you to feel completely confident and delighted with your jewellery. Each piece is handcrafted with care, and as a small independent brand, we truly value your support. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable.
Sale items are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. As a small independent business, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we will cover the return postage and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
